"Jewel won't give up her position with out a fight. She's the strongest fighter I've ever met. Plus she has Whiplash to back her up. Though he doesn't have the power, he has everything else. He's smart and sly, not to mention he doesn't trust anybody. He's like a father to me, and he doesn't even trust me. Not like I trust him either." Ink continued. She didn't worry about saying too much. She listened to his information on the clans. Though gruesome, Ink saw reason in his 'hobby'. "Interesting." She said no more on clan matter. Ink didn't have a specific hatred for the clans, but this life was for interesting than anything else. Feeling an uncomfortable silence coming in, she opened her mouth. "What do you think of Jewel's plan?"

Thicket mewed simply "Destroy the clans. Then, I'll go back to being a rogue or start my own "clan'' so the other can see what they destroyed." Thicket loved and hated the clans. He wanted to become a warrior but he knew he would have trouble following their code. 'At least the clans have honor.' Thicket thought. He was just well, akward when it came to talking to ther cats cause he spend all that time in isolation, watching the clans.

Ink nodded. "It isn't really fair is it?" She said, her pretty face narrowing into a contorted version of angry. "They have all the good territory, all the prey, leaving the rest of us to starve and scrounge." She blinked. She almost told him about her secret, but she figured he wouldn't approve of it.

Thicket meowed "That's why I have a den several tail lengths from this twoleg nest so I can enjoy at the prey in the forest. How come you look well fed? Are you liv ing elsewhere as well?" He knew Ink stopped herself from saying something but, he didn't know what it was. His ears twitched at the thought that if his den was discovered he would have to move in here.

Oh well, might as well get out with it. "I'm not the best hunter, so I hang out around the two-leg homes. They throw me scraps." She shrugged like it was no big deal. To explain herself, she continued on. "I was never taught to hunt and just going on instincts... doesn't really help." Ink sighed. "Before Deadly Nightshade, I was just some stupid kittypet."

Thicket was suprised. He thuoght 'Ink a kittypet? Thats foxdung!' He meowed "How are you a kittypet? You struck as me more of a loner." This, ,was beyond suprising. The last time he was this suprised is when he learnt his father was a former clan cat who was kicked out due to his aggresion.

"My parents were both kittypets, so am I. I just haven't gethered enough courage to leave yet. Permanantley anyway. I have no reason too." Ink said, her eyes on her paws.

(Its ok)
Thicket mewed "I think you may like living near here but like not in the twoleg house. The main problem is, I am NOT sharing my burrow cause its built for one cat." He was trying to be mean but, he was transfixed by Ink's beauty.

Ink smiled, catching his meaning. "I'll find somewhere to stay." She met his gaze and felt her fur get hot. "You know, you're kinda cute." She winked at him. "I gotta go, I'll see you around." She smiled before slinking out of the two-leg nest, in search of a new den.

Thicket nearly blushed. He never thought any she cat would call him cute. He chuckled abit and finished hanging up the pelt of Hawkstar. He decided to follow Ink and he knew where he wanted herv new den to be. He yowled "Ink! I know a place where you can stay!"

Ink turned, only half surprised. "Really? Where?" She smiled. Her green eyes glittered. She let out a quiet purr.

Thicket spat half jokingly "Four tail lengths by my den, there is a large hole to fit your kittypet needs." He wasn't trying to offend Ink, it was a joke minus where the hole is.

Thicket showed Ink to his den. It wasn't much just a dip in the ground under some bushes and he padded several tail lengths to a large hole in the ground. He said "It isn't that deep. You wouldn't believe how many mice I used to chase into there cause I thought the hole was deep enough for the impact on the bottom to kill them." He felt foolish admitting this but, he thought it was vital.

Ink gave a small laugh. "Cautious a bit?" She teased with an impish grin.
